2026 Math Challenge Tournament®
Student Registration
Math Challenge Tournament® is an annual national math competition that is open for Grade 2 – 5 students in all 50 states. Students in grade 1 can participate, however, they will be competing at a grade 2 division 2 level. This tournament is an in-person tournament only hosted by schools/educational centers. This tournament is not available online.

STUDENT'S REGISTRATION - IMPORTANT NOTES
- Fee: $26 per student
- Tournament fee is non-refundable and non-transferable - 20% of the tournament fee will be given back to participating schools (through our school give back programs). A portion of the tournament fee will also be allocated to sponsor and support the FREE Math Challenge Program. For more information about the give back program, please click HERE.
- To register, please look through the list of hosting schools/locations below. Once you've found an available hosting school/location and tournament time that works for you/your student, click on the registration link for that school/location. If there is no school/location near you that is hosting MCT, please reach out to your school's PTA/PTSA to consider hosting MCT and have them contact [email protected]. We will be happy to assist and answer any questions they might have.
- Once you've registered, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing additional information. If you didn't see the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
- After registration, if you need to request changes (i.e. division, name, etc.), you can submit a Change Request HERE.
- Last day to register is March 6, 2026. Registration closes on March 6th, 2026 or when a location is full.
- Last day to submit a change request is March 6, 2026.
