📌 No Refunds & No Chargebacks

• All sales of digital downloadable PDFs and online tests are final.
• Once a file has been downloaded or online test has been initiated, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.
• Filing a chargeback for a successfully downloaded product or access to our online practice tests violates our terms and may result in account restrictions and loss of access to future purchases. If a dispute is raised after a successful download, we will provide proof of access and take necessary actions to contest fraudulent claims.

📌 Unauthorized Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

• We track all downloads, including timestamps and IP addresses, as proof of delivery.
• Fraudulent chargeback disputes will be actively contested with evidence submitted to the payment processor.
• Repeated chargeback attempts may lead to legal action and being reported to fraud prevention networks.

• All digital practice tests (PDFs and Online tests) are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Ellipsis Academy.
• Materials are provided under a limited, personal, non-transferable license for the exclusive use of the purchaser or authorized student.
• You may not copy, share, distribute, modify, resell, or reproduce these materials in any form without prior written permission from Ellipsis Academy.
