Flexmath hours submission process
NOTE: Please submit your hours monthly. Thank you!
- Login to Acuity with your username and password
- On the left hand side, below the "Appointments" menu, click on "Appointment Calendar"
- Click on the green "Month" button and navigate to the month and year that you would like to submit
- Note the number of appointments for that month
- The number of appointments count for that month will be the number of hours that you submit
- Fill out the form below and click the "Submit" button
