Flexmath hours submission process

NOTE: Please submit your hours monthly.  Thank you!

1. Login to Acuity with your username and password
2. On the left hand side, below the "Appointments" menu, click on "Appointment Calendar"
3. Click on the green "Month" button and navigate to the month and year that you would like to submit
4. Note the number of appointments for that month​
5. The number of appointments count for that month will be the number of hours that you submit
6. Fill out the form below and click the "Submit" button
