Math Programs
Ellipsis Academy provides three types of Math Programs: Ellipsis Math, Ellipsis FlexMath and Ellipsis Math Adventure.
Our Math programs are implemented based on our proprietary advanced curriculum and proven systematic approach that focus on building strong Math fundamentals, number sense and problem solving skills. This provides students with the right balance of Math fundamentals and problem solving skills that requires higher level of thinking. Both Ellipsis Math group classes and Ellipsis FlexMath programs are designed to accelerate the advancement and depth of student’s Math skills and develop problem-solving, logic and critical thinking skills by exposing students on various problem solving strategies and how to apply their Math skills to solve word problems.

Ellipsis Math programs are a series of group classes (starting from level 2 through Algebra 2). These classes are fast paced, rigorous and specifically designed and proven to:
Ellipsis FlexMath
The Ellipsis FlexMath program is a customized, flexible and more private (max 2 students per coach) advancement program perfect for accelerated advancement, tutoring or test and competition preparation scenarios. FlexMath uses the same rigorous and advanced curriculum that is used for the Ellipsis Math group class, adapted to your student's pace. You can learn more about Ellipsis FlexMath HERE.
Both Ellipsis Math and Ellipsis FlexMath programs prepare students to excel on the school’s accelerated Math pathways (leap 1 to 3 grade math levels) which enable them to :
Ellipsis Math Adventure (Summer Classes)
Ellipsis Math Adventure is a series of enriching and fun Math classes that are designed to let students explore the beauty of Math from various perspective (i.e. Math and Craft, Math Detectives, Math Patterns and Geometry). All classes immerse students in rich tasks and hands-on projects which expose students to interesting high level concept of Math (such as Cryptology) in an interesting and fun way. Ellipsis Math Adventure is currently only available during the Summer.
We believe that every student has a potential to shine and we are committed to constantly encourage and challenge students to do better in Math. Currently we offer classes for students in grade 1 - 12. We provide an instructor lead dynamic classroom environment. Our curriculum is advanced and rigorous; it will enrich, challenge and advance your child in mathematics.

- Take college level Math and Science classes in high school (AB and BC Calc) which are equivalent to at least one year of calculus at most colleges and universities. This also enables students to take other AP science classes such as AP Physics which is also equivalent to at least one semester of Physics at most colleges and universities.
- Financial gain for parents. Many colleges and universities will take credit transfer of AB and BC calc along with other AP science classes thus providing significant financial gain for parents.
- Start taking SAT/ACT much earlier and better equipped to get high scores that top colleges and universities require.

We have a highly selective and rigorous hiring and training process that screens for teaching and tutoring experience, personality, interests, and Math expertise.
Our Math Coaches are passionate about children and math and they possess a mix of college and graduate degrees, and each has a background in mathematics - either as a teacher, a tutor, a math coach, or a professional who uses math in their job.
