summer camp schedules and registrations
Jun 12 - Jun 16 Full Day Camp Description: You can enroll in a full day camp by registering in 3 individual classes with complementary schedules that span 9am - 5pm. You can choose 3 classes (mix and match between math and coding/technology) as long as your student meets the class’s age requirements. Note: Full day camp students need to bring their own lunch. Individual classes
Math and Craft (9:00am - 11:30am)
Description: Use artistic skills to see and explore the beauty of math. Create amazing shapes, optical illusions and fractals. Strengthen fraction concepts and geometry through Origami, and games. Tinker, glue, cut, color and measure models of the real-world math problems.
Time: 9:00am - 11:30am
Age requirements: entering 3rd - 6th grade
Fee: $235

Math Detectives and Cryptology (12:30pm – 3:00pm)
Description: Solve mysteries using math logic and deduction through the system of clues. Strengthen math concepts while cracking the code using arithmetic, logic and patterns. Read ciphers, create your own and solve the final quest.

Computing with Raspberry Pi and Python (12:30pm - 2:30pm)
Description: This class is intended for students who already has good understanding of core programming concepts and have done coding with a programming language before (such as scratch). This class covers core programming and computer science concepts using a Python programming language. Students will develop fun projects and explore physical computing utilizing Raspberry Pi's GPIO (General Purpose Input Output) pins and various sensors and components.
Age requirements: entering 4th grade and up
Fee: $275
Note: During class, students will use Ellipsis Academy's Raspberry Pis. You don't need to have your own Raspberry Pi.
